Some of these empowering practical services include: The identifying, planning
and the facilitation of actions expressly concerned with
the realization of your own, and uniquely constructed,
End of Life Vision Mapping, for yourself.
These are but a few of the concrete behavior changes that can effectively
move you forward in the actualization of your Vision.

- Dignity Therapy, including the facilitation and implementation of Legacy Work that strengthens and encourages you to connect with your own accomplishments, and the experiences that have made you the unique and valuable Human that you truly are. This sacred work is a recounting of thoughts, ideas, events that are particularly meaningful and relevant. As such, you may wish to pass on these very recounts and discoveries to your beloved ones. This priceless information can be captured in audio, video, or written form, within a process of 30-60min sessions. The emphasis is on enhancing the meaning of your Life, rather than “working through issues.” The final Legacy Work is a product of back and forth re-vision-ing, until your are content with what is being documented, and with what is to be shared, and held timeless. This is a judgement free zone!
- Imminent care, including advocacy and coordination of care to achieve optimum comfort for all domains of pain and crisis of dignity. As you journey through this Sacred Passage into Death, imminent care will undeniably include, the open, honest, and ever evolving discussion of your expressed desires, for your preferred level of consciousness and comfort, as sedation specific to medical and opiod interventions begin to occur. Such discussions will take place in steadfast mindfulness, and advocacy of your wishes. This is a judgement free zone!
- After care of the Body, including advocacy, and collaboration to ensure the committed follow-through of your expressed wishes for spiritual, religious, and Sacred Rites, cultural traditions and practices, anointing and/or bathing/dressing of the body, sitting Sacred Vigil, and the collaboration with Funeral Service providers, be they Home, Green or traditional burials. This is a judgement free zone!
- Services, Memorials and Celebration of Life, including advocacy, coordination, and if so desired, an advanced planning of a Celebration of Life Service, co-created with you and your loved ones. The possibilities are only limited to your imagination! This is a judgement free zone!
- The Offering of Referrals and Resources, including a treasure trove of local End of Life services, Conscious Dying community support, and Bereavement and Mourning Care. Although options, alternatives, and possibilities, are readily offered to you and your loved ones, I will do all that I can to empower you and your family, to make your own wise and best decisions. Again, I entirely recognize that you are the expert of your Life. This is a judgement free zone!
